Tom Brady is looking forward to his “next chapter” while romancing Irina Shayk.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion gushed about his life’s “incredible blessings” in a lengthy Instagram caption Tuesday.
“What an incredible trip to the most amazing continent…Africa 🖤🖤🖤,” he captioned a carousel of vacation photos with son Jack and daughter Vivian. “It was another special reminder that life is TRULY about relationships and memories.
“I’ve experienced quite a bit in the first 45 years I have lived, and what I have loved most is the people who I have shared the most life changing events with. My children, my family, my loved ones and friends and all of you have added so much to this incredible/adventurous life.”
After sharing “profoundly meaningful” quotes with his followers, Brady, who turned 46 on Aug. 3, concluded, “I am taking these next days one at a time, focusing on being my best self for me, and others, and living a life of integrity and purpose.”
The retired quarterback’s social media upload came one day after his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, documented her own trip to Brazil.
“What a magical place!” the supermodel, 43, gushed Monday. “I am so recharged and inspired.”
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel began her visit to her home country in July while celebrating her birthday — the same weekend Brady and Shayk’s relationship made headlines.
At the time, Brady was photographed shuttling the brunette model, 37, to and from his Los Angeles home and the Hotel Bel-Air for a flirty sleepover.

While the duo have yet to break their silence on their connection, an eyewitness told us that they also enjoyed a “private and ensconced” sushi date in New York City last week.
Shayk’s manager previously claimed the star had a “platonic” relationship with the former New England Patriots player after Page Six exclusively reported she was “throwing herself” at him during a mutual pals’ May wedding.
The spokesperson called claims that she made a “beeline” for Brady “totally fictional” at the time.
Bündchen is reportedly “not happy at all” about the pairing, while a source told us that Shayk’s ex Bradley Cooper “isn’t freaked out.”
