Americans are spending in record numbers for this Valentine’s Day. The National Retail Federation estimates Americans will spend about $25.8 billion on the holiday this year.

People are not only buying for their significant other — they are letting their close friends, co-workers, teachers and even their pets know how much they love them with Valentine’s Day gifts.
